A very good peice, and at an astounding price as well. A must have period, but only if yo have a broad chest.

Looks good, well made, fit well after minor adjustments. Just be warned that it is mild steel and needs to be oiled after use.

The armor looks great when worn with the right complementing items like a chain shirt and pauldrons and since it's mild steel can be shaped with some effort to get a custom fit. The breastplate I received had one of its shoulder buckles installed upside-down which prevented attaching a pauldron to that side until I had drilled out the rivet, flipped it over, and reattached it, but for $60 I can overlook a small mistake.
